How can I open up to people?

• I've just realised that not opening up to people is probably the reason I don't really have good friends in my 6th form college. I feel kind of unsafe around lots of people. I don't really feel unsafe but I'm not sure how to describe the feeling, like I'm not fully comfortable with them. I know this feeling is caused cause I don't want them to respond negatively to me. So this stops me from expressing myself to them. As a result I don't really have a social life or any good friends. I feel lonely as I don't get much attention. I have only 2 facebook friends from my college and the rest of my facebook friends are from my old school and online but then I never talk much to anyone I know in real life. Facebook rejections actually hurt me a bit. The time I feel most shy in College is form time. I still don't really speak to anyone in my form class and it feels hard to speak to them. Cause I think I haven't spoken to classmates in my form I think they probably don't want to speak to me and think I'm weird. I feel less shy in other classes.

  A lot of people are shy, you are not the only one. You need to force people into your life. But not to feel as lonely as you do, you might want to make a thing to at least once a day talke to someone and say; Hey,i really like this class you? or Hey this class is a drag eh? Something like that and that will deffs start a convo
