Am I able to study psychology in america?

Am i eligible to get into a university to study criminal psychology in britain or america?

• i am 16 bilingual(english/turkish)İ live in turkey . i go to a performing arts school in turkey.İ will be graduating when i am 19 as opposed to 18.İ am majoring in theatre but have changed my mind and would like to be a forensic psychologist.The problem is i can not change my high school. İ have english lessons,math lessons,history lessons,geography lessons,turkish lessons as well as all of my acting classes.İf i applied to a good university could i get in to the forensic psychology department on my report card? Are there any extra exams i could take that would assure me more of a possibility?

  If you qualify to get into a British or USA college or university, you can major in whatever subject you like. Even graduate schools accept people who major in another subject in college. What you study in high school or secondary school does not determine what you study in college, although it can be helpful when studying the subject. What will be important will be how well you did. Administrators feel that a person who did well on various subjects if likely to be as accomplish in any other subject they choose. If not, they suspect that you will change your major. The important factor to them is that you complete a course of study. They ask what you want to study, but they do not hold you to it, such that you cannot change your mind. The expectations of others may be hurt. For example, if your parents were looking forward to see you on stage, it becomes less likely to happen if you study Forensics, but then there are many amateur performers and people in theater companies who have other jobs.
