How do I get over stage fright?

How to get over stage fright in about a month?? It's urgent, PLEASE?

  • Okay, America's Got Talent sent me an email asking me to audition for the show on November 5th...I KNOW this sounds like a lie, but I swear on anything in the world that I'm telling the truth. I swear. Anyways, I think I have the talent...I am just SUPER bad at standing in front of an audience without losing myself. (It's a singing act) When I got up in front of people last to sing a song, my voice got really shaky, I couoldn't control my breath, my palms were super sweaty, and I was totally having a meltdown. I want to do this. If I don't, then I know I would lose 100% of the shots that I don't take; But the stage fright is the thing I really need to get past. I want this. I've wanted this for a long time, and now that I actually have a given opportunity I am willing to take action on it. If you could PLEASE inform me of some "techniques" to get rid of stage fright in a short period of time, that would be so amazing. Thank you so very much in advance. If you want to hear me sing: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q5SGgIg2ES0 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GyHEEr5UbtI Thank you again!!

Stage Fright This is rarely chosen as the favorite answer to this type of question, but of the 10 who have tried this seriously all have thanked me and told me that it worked. You must practice singing with your full concentration on what you are doing to make the song sound it’s best. Think about when you should be louder and softer, holding on to the last note of a sentence, punching out certain words etc. If you are focused on the singing, not where you are or who is listening, you will have no fear. Start now. Every time you sing focus on making it a great song. It works

if you had stage fright since the beginning of your human life, then maybe performing isn't really your thing? i mean you can still work within the consort of performing, but if you are not meant to be a performer then you either have to work really really hard or move on and do something else. HOWEVER. if you really love it, then i strongly encourage you to practice everyday ur skills so u can be better at it and be successful.
