I want to get into the kpop industry?

• Hey there! :D I would really love to get into the kpop industry since I got exposed to kpop during the mid of last year ( which is kinda late cause now I'm 17 ._.) anyways, I would really love to get in. I'm Chinese and round 170-172 cm. my weights 67 i think LOL. I'm a male chinese by the way. I speak fluent chinese and english, descent/or okay malay,cantonese and hokkien. I know very basic Korean, learning online and am going to return learning after my major exam okaaay.. so straight to the point. can I send mail auditions? cause I really can't go to the live ones as they are like waaaayyy to far from me cause I live in malaysia(penang), pfft, no company holds an audition in msia ._. beside, I think I'm also gon be too nervous to go for the 1st audition live XD if i get into the 2nd one, I'll treat is as a recognition of my talent and I will be less nervous live LOL XD so, I have learnt dancing for around 2 or 3 years, I learn street jazz and recently house, not very good in it though. If I get a choreography then I think I'm fine but I JUST CAN'T FREESTYLE! another thing is that I have sorta been trained in acting also, and have acted publically for round 5 times. first was in a sketch, 2nd was also a sketch and third a street performance (kind of like a themed festival and I'm playing one of the characters, and also in a short sketch done during that time) fourth time was being an extra in a singaporean drama series and 5th also in a sketch. (alota sketches, I know LOL) my singing, hmm, I really don't know how it is and I can't afford vocal lessons so I learn it online (just most recently) :/ anyway, I have received good and bad comments about my acting so I am really not sure how good I am. (it's a tough world LOL). for singing, my friends say I'm bad but the people who I work with during my drama course said it was okay. 1 or 2 of my friends (as int he ones who don't insult you for fun, we're guys LOL) said it was okay also, including my mom (she's a descent singer. darn it didn't get a very good voice from her LOL) for dancing, as I said I CAN'T freestyle but I think I'll be okay if I get choreographed. as I said some above of my friends said it's quite okay but some jsut insulted me ._. So anyway I would really like to audition. What are my chances? I stopped acting and dancing cause I'm having a major exam but it's over in 2 weeks time so I'll return to dancing classes. as for acting, we don't actually have classes and my course is over so I can only wait for auditions to go for and see if I can get in to gain more acting experience. I am not a very good looking person as you can see and I have acne, not actually acne but pimples occasionally and the scars just won't go away...not mentioning the pores and blackheads...I would really love to get rid of em so any suggestions will be gladly accepted. XD I use amway artistry products: balancing toner, soothing creme, anti-blemish, pure white spot corrector and most recently starting to use the scrub. I also apply the pore cleansing masque at tues, thurs and sat. Back to the topic, here are some of my pictures: https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.437187408465.225544.688188465&type=1 anyway, if I get in for the 2nd audition, will they pay the air tickets for me to go and come back? and if I really did get in to be a trainee, can I apply for a cooking school for uni? cause I really don't like other stuff XD one more thing, I got selected for my country's national service (army training) and it will last for round 3 months. not sure which batch will I be placed into yet. so if I really get to be a trainee, will they help me extend or stop my national service? or must I go before I get to be a trainee? or will they not choose me because of that? kindly do tell me the requirements and what the respective companies are looking for. :) so please tell me what are my chances of getting in :) I'm gon start mailing audition tapes and go for online auditions after my major exams are over :) I used to wanna be an actor and still do, but since I got exposed to kpop I wanna be one of em too :) If it really doesn't work out then I would just have to resort to being a chef then LOL

  Do what ever you want! It's your life, so live it. Don't let people who hate Kpop ruin that experience, Alex or whatever is just a weeaboo with no life who didn't even read what you said. If you want to make sure you're good, maybe do a few covers of other Kpop songs on Youtube and see the results. c: Good luck!
