What is diplomatic overture?

Where can I get a transposed version of Rossini's "Barber of Seville" overture?

• So I have this sheet music that I got for free of the overture. (It's a piano solo, and it's the whole overture, not that little part of it that people sometimes refer to as the overture.) But it's in the key of E, and I would be able to play it if I could, but it's incredibly difficult with all those sharps in the key signature for me to play the right notes. And sometimes there are double sharps here and there, which makes it even more overwhelming. I can play in the key of F really well. Give me something in F, and some time to practice, and I could play it in a jiffy. So, ideally, I want to have the "Barber of Seville" overture in F. If there's possibly a sheet music software that could do this for me, I could use it, and if there's any other idea you may have, I'd appreciate it.

  I highly doubt there's a published version of it in anything other than the original key. If you entered the entire piece into Finale or Sibelius, you could use the program to transpose it. Or, you could bite the bullet and learn the piece as written.
