    I just asked the same question. The first thing was i met some people online who want to be one to and I practice with them occasionally. But i wouldn't reccomend you doing that since your a 13 year old girl and half the people i've met through voice acting sites are guys. First reccomendation get a recorder or use a program and record your voice. Try to do impressions of characters or add your own twist on them. Record episodes and when your old enough put them on youtube
