places like rome, france, germany , and spain have alot of medieval architecture. i say either spain or rome are yur best bets.bot rome & spain have many old catholic churches dating back to medieval times, such as the sagrada familia in spain. Really coooool. :)

Basically any city in Northern France. Paris is a great city, and there are easy day-trips to see many of the greatest gothic cathedrals, including Chartres and Rouen. Avignon, in Southern France, includes the largest gothic palace in existence.
