make sure you take lots of shots with good form, your feet squared, elbow in, and jumping straight up. also do lots and lots of dribbling, since you are a point guard. try to do some dibbling like going inbetween your legs, crossovers, and behind the back. if you want to be better at rebounding & boxing out, find a friend and try to do that. also before you start doing anything, make sure you stretch and run a little bit to warm up.

If you're 5 foot 6 and not growing, you're gonna have a tough time finding a college to let you play anywhere. If you're really serious about it, take a ****load of shots everyday, run like hell, and lift, just make sure you don't lift too much so you're still light and can fly.
Practice like you're playing on a team already, shoot run and jump you'll eventually get better with time and repetition. Come to camp in shape, good idea.
