Human common sense and logic should dictate that infinite regress is not plausible and not possible. Who knows what was before the big bang theory.......probably just another theory. Rather look at what we do know, everything changes and it changes forwards never backwards. There is a purpose to this, I believe the purpose is called cause and effect. In other words change needs to occur with the passage of time in order for creation and evolution to occur, otherwise there would be no life on earth. Lets look at where we came from, in order for you and I to be here two people were required to have intercourse, this started the second process in creation the fusion of sperm and egg. Once fusion had occurred evolution or change begins, this is the third process in creation. The first process in creation is obvious. Before anything is created it is always first a thought in the mind of the creator. Before we do most things we first think about it. (this is an undeniable fact). If we can't think we can't create. It really is that simple. Now since thought is the creator thought cannot be created, it just is. The bible got this right when it says we are made in the image of Our Creator, that image is our ability to think and quite some more. So in closing, before any big bang or any creation is the thought that started the process.
