What would happen if all the sudden, instead of the day having 24 hours, is change to 10 hours?

I would be able to tell people I slept ALL day more often.

1) It would effect how many days in a year we had 2) how dark it is outside would change every day. it wouldnt always be dark at 10pm anymore. 3) it would be extremely hard to schedule events. if you scheduled an event tomorrow at 2 pm it may be light outside but if you schedule the event 2 days ahead at 2pm it may be dark. 4) what time of year our seasons are would change from year to year. farmers and argriculture would become extremely difficult. thats only SOME of the things it would do! lol

Putting aside the fact that this is almost impossible, It would be odd, imagine how many days there would be in a year! And the time would be all messed up xD I think it would affect the world drastically because we are all used to 24 hr or 12 hr clocks and 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
