What is pseudo transformational leadership?

What is your def. of leadership?

  • Answer:

Leadership to me is someone who is independent. Someone who is willing to stand by his or her belief if they think it's right, someone who is willing to be the strong person when nobody else can. Someone who isn't afraid to stick up for theirselves or others just an all around strong independent person that is willing to put on a strong face when they're crumbling in the inside just to make others feel safe.

What is your def. of leadership? ~~~ A 'leader' displays qualities that others see as lacking in themselves and are, thus, attracted to this person. These people are impressed with these qualities, and wish to be happy and cool like Leader George! The folks 'behave' like George, emulate him; display the qualities; honesty, fairness, clarity, humility, compassion, sympathy, intellect, creativity, sincerity.... Get the drift? What a rare treat to find a 'leader' that displays any 'virtue' at all!! The 'virtues' of the employer reflect the 'virtues' of the employee! And vice versa!

A true leader is no a leader: he is a coordinator, councilor and supervisor. He work is to mobilize his colleagues. James 3 1 My brethren, be not many masters, knowing that we shall receive the greater condemnation. 2 For in many things we sin all. If any man sin not in word, he is a perfect man, and able to bridle all the body.
