Which material has these properties and where can I buy it?

I am looking for a material that starts as a liquid (or is somewhat mold-able), but dries into a solid and conducts heat after drying. The material must not create any dangerous vapors when exposed to high temperatures (200-400 Fahrenheit). If such a material exists (other than superheated metal of course), where could I buy it?
