How many liters of hydrogen sulfide may be produced from 264 grams of ferrous sulfide?

For the reaction 2H2 + O2 -> 2H2O, how many grams of water are produced from 6.00 mol of hydrogen?

    I <3 Chem :3 So anyways...... according to the reaction, for every 2 water you have 2 hydrogen or 1 to 1 ~2H2 + O2 -> 2H2O soo..... you do a molar ratio of the 1-1 (aka stoichoimetry) so you multiply the 6.00 mol of hydro gen into water, BUT since the ratio is 1-1.....nothing changes and you have 6.00 mol of water as a result, there for you get 108 grams water in another situation if the ratio were different like ..... lets say that in some other reaction the ratio was different, like lets say for every 1 hydrogen you get 2 water, so you would multiply the 6.00 mol by 2 if it were for every 2 hydrogen you get 1 water, you DIVIDE by 2 them you would multiply the final result into grams of water this is simple stoichoimetry..... the harder ones are hell XP

The balanced equation 2H2 + O2 ==> 2H2O has your answer; It says that 2 moles H2 make 2 moles H2O; the ratio is one to one, so 3 moles will make 3 moles; 10 moles will make 10 moles; and 6 moles will make 6 moles. One mole of water , H2O, is 18 grams, so 6 moles will be 6 X 18 = 108 grams
