Full Body or Split Workout?
-
I am looking to build muscle mass rather than muscle tone. I have done full body and split workouts but I am wondering which one is more effective for muscle mass. Also, how many different exercises, sets, and reps should be done for each kind of workout; and how long should the workout last? Answers from experienced bodybuilders and weightlifters will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
