Why do i get hot and red in the face when i exert myself?

When ever i do cardiovascular activity or am in a hot room or have a hot shower - my cheeks get red. Is there anything i can do to get rid of this because its not psychological its just something that happens physically. and its only been happening for the past year. ive never experienced this before. is there like a surgery or something that can get rid of it or a pill cuz it makes me feel quite uncomfortable from the heat that i feel on my face and im starting to get self conscious about it.. Thanks guys.

It's due to increased blood flow and there's nothing wrong with it. It's just a genetically determined trait and there's nothing that can be done about it. Some people flush and blush, that's all.
