Ditto on the creatine. I see results but not great enough for me to deal with all that water fluctuation. I smoke 1 cig a night and i can tell its effecting my workouts slightly. Half a pack a day sounds like a lot, id cut back so you can push your heart 100% when your lifting. Whats your routine look like?
