Would balancing hormones fix gynecomastia?

  • so i've had gynecomastia for 3 years now i was wondering if balancing my hormones would make it go away? i am planning on going to the doctor for a blood test, do you think they would possibly give me some type of estrogen reducer or balancer? btw i'm not overweight and i only have puffy nipples, not a fat chest

Could be genetics. Some people are predisposed to fat in certain areas. Try working out. If that doesn't work, you could have a genetic problem like Klinefelters or something like that.
