What are some exercises that make your shoulders more flexible?

Problem with stiff shoulders?

  • I am always one with a stiff upper body posture. My shoulders are always uptight and forward; never loose. It's just the way my body has adapted itself over the past couple of years. Are there any exercises and practices that I can do to temporarily, even permanently make it looser. I don't experience any pain out of it or anything, I just don't feel right I guess you could say.
