How to wake up early ? only experienced and early morning waking up peoples can answer me :)?

how much ever i think to wake up early it always the opposite i wake up at 12noon mostly. i finish my dinner around 10 and will sleep by 1 and even if i get to open my eyes in the early morning i'm not able to get out of the bed i just keep saying to myself 5mins 5mins n goes on.. i also chew tobacco daily though not much and occasionally drinking liquior i really want to wake up early i feel like i'm missing so much

I always use 2 alarms, the first one wakes me up, and the second to get me up. The second one has a snooze function which I sometimes use, but that can become a habit that stops you from getting up. If I have a reason to get up, such as if I'm going somewhere, I usually don't have a problem, but if I'm staying at home then I do usually end up sleeping too long. With one job I had I was permanently on the early shift, and had to get up between 3 and 4 AM, depending on my start time. The main problem was getting to bed early enough, and if I had to go somewhere in the evening I'd sleep for 2 or 3 hour in the afternoon, which is far from ideal. Try to get into the habit of going to bed at the same time every night, and force yourself to get up when you should.

i do not know brother about your life..i think you do not have any work for you and family.Your main problem is that you have not any responsibility.u know my mother is retired teacher and she is doing a teacher-ship in a private school after retirement. she says only 62 . still hardworking.she says if she most face physical problems if she will take more rest than 6 hours.she says a day should be more than 24 hours so she can work more per day.....she wakes up at 5 and finish her work early.......the goes her school.. take some serious responsibility and try to hard-work.. Take some responsibly so you can teacher next all your generation . use alarm but remember alarm will not work if you want to wake up.. change your life now.....
