Sharp, painful pain in the head can mean?

What does it mean when a guy gets a sharp pain in the back of his head during sex ?

    OMG i don't know, but I dated a guy last year who had the same problem. He said he had the pain when he did anything physically strenuous (heavy lifting, hard running, sex, etc). Is that true for you? I don't know what was causing it, but it just went away after a few weeks. Good luck!
