How can I get rid of my acne?

How can I get rid of these "marks" acne left behind on my face?

  • I know it's not acne by the way... Theres a fine line between acne and what this is. Here's my last serious breakout (this happened many weeks ago..) http://m.flickr.com/#/photos/75995314@N08/6819368281/ I popped all of them, cuz i want them to go away. But it still "marks" and comes back if i dont pop them. What it left behind: http://m.flickr.com/#/photos/75995314@N08/6819372603/ It's in my genes to get acne, and I accept that. I just want these dots to leave my face! It's smooth over my face but you can plainly see spots. Especially with my fair skin. http://m.flickr.com/#/photos/75995314@N08/6819374123/ I stopped washing my face four times a day. Now I only do it once. I wash my pillow cases and drink lots of water. It got rid of incoming acne, but I'm left with marks...I also stopped wearing makeup. It looks horrible. What is this?? How can I get rid of these marks, and how much will it cost? I doubt as much as it did buying all the expensive WORTHLESS products!!

    Ok, i didn't look at the photos because my computer's stupid and didn't show them. But what I recommend for acne is going to your doctor and getting them to prescribe Benza Clin. My mom and i had really bad acne, but we used this and its completely gone!! It's magic i swear! If you mean the purple marks, it kind of looks like bruising, that will go away in a matter of time. A month or two.

You should go see a dermatologist, if you haven't already. I don't know what your usual diet is, but if you'll stay away from meat (seems to nail me) and lean towards vegetables that will help. My dermo told me that alcohol didn't cause my problem, Roceaca, But I've noticed the meat seems to be associated with outbreaks. You should keep a record of what you're eating/drinking, or not eating/drinking and see if you can determine a pattern yourself. It's been my experience that dermatologists are more interested in botox injections for vain old women than helping those of us with problems that seriously mess up our lives, mine at least. So, keep notes on food, drink, amount of sun, how often and how hard you wash your face (you mentioned less helped) and hopefully you can adjust things in your life to make this happen less often or less severely.
