How to get a better chest quick?

Lower Chest fat. How to get rid of it?

  • Lower Chest fat. How to get rid of it? I've been having trouble with my chest fat for a while now. I used to weigh about 160 pounds in high school. But I joined the cross country, wrestling and track teams and I am at a healthy 137 pounds now. I've been out of high school for 4 years now. I've been working out for a while. Weighing at 137, my max bench is 205lbs. I am pretty strong for my size but my chest is not cut, if you will. Like..there's fat in my lower chest. I don't know how to get rid of it. I eat healthy, run 5 days a week. Nothing seems to work. I have no idea why. Any ideas? Or are there any supplements I can take to reduce it? It's such a pain and I would love to get rid of it. Someone told me to drink green teach but I haven't tried it just yet. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

  • Answer:

Portion control: eat four controlled meals per day. Don't eat to satiety. Drink some water to fill you up after a meal. Use skimmed milk. Avoid saturated fat. Eat fruit, veg, wholefoods such as brown rice. Avoid all added sugar and salt. Exercise - cardio, at least 20 minutes a day. Avoid soda pop, avoid all junk food and sweets and crisps. If this doesn't work, reduce your portions and eat five meals per day. The key is to eat little and often. I am having the same issue myself - I have a little bit of tummy fat which is obscuring my abs. It's hard but dietary discipline and exercise is the only way.
