Why are my hands ALWAYS cold?

• for about the past year i've had constantly cold hands and i can't ever seem to get them to heat up! the only time they're warm is first thing in the morning, but as soon as i get out of bed and touch anything, or wash my hands they get really cold and stay that way basically all day! even if i sit on my hands, put them in my pockets or even wear gloves they don't heat up! its starting to get really annoying, and also embarrassing because if i touch anyone else, even just on the arm they always make some sort of remark about the temperature of my hands. i have no idea what can be causing this, i am a bit thin but not underweight for my height so i'm really not sure what's causing this. does anyone else experience this or know what i can do about it?

  go to doc they might make u get an echo 2 cheek ya heart, im 18 i had a heart transplant at 15 my hand were always cold b 4 hand 2
