Stomach crunches twice a week. 3 sets of 15 each. have green tea and also pistachios. Avoid sugar completely, have honey instead. Dont expect miracles overnight. I am telling you from my personal experience, this worked for me :).

Honestly, a healthy diet, plus frequent jogging, and some good old fashion crunches and sit ups. at least that works for me =/ hope it works for you.

To manjeet thanks, I have this belly fat 38 inch now i am trying with 30 min walking and 30 min cycling(daily) i will try for 6 months and see how it works .JUst started last nov 1st.

Sit ups! Start by say doing 50 sit/push ups or less a day...I mean EVERYDAY. It may take a while, depending on how serious you take it. They more number of push ups you do in day determines the rate of the result you'd get...don't be hard on the number of time, though. Just let it control you and before you know it you'd be doing 100 of it per day almost without feeling it. Give it a try and watch your belly reduce. Ps: Like I said, it may take a while but do not slag and don't be hard on yourself. Instead feel and enjoy it.

If ya sit on your butt all day and drink coffee, you can probably lose 5+ a year extra at most from it. Coffee alone is not gunna do anything for you. To get a smaller stomach, you need to reduce your body fat overall (you CANNOT spot reduce fat). To lose body fat, you need CARDIO. Cardio is any exercise that in which you keep your heart rate up and pumping. Light slow walking (unless your vastly overweight) is NOT cardio. Running, cycling, kickboxing, sports, skipping rope, step, etc. are all forms of cardio. Do cardio for 30 mins a day to lose weight. Once your body gets use to 30 mins/day. Don't up the time, but up the intensity of the workout. Keep your heart rate at AT LEAST it's 65% max. To get that take 220 and minus your age. Then multiply that by 0.65. Keep your heart rate at at least that number throughout the entire 30 minutes. Do this 5 times a week and you will lose weight (including belly fat).
