How to get rid of puffy nipples?

  • I am 15 years old. I am athletic and work out frequently, so im pretty healthy. The main thing about my body i hate right now is my nipples. There bigger then most other kids, not huge, but noticeably bigger. Underneath both of them, under the skin, I can feel like a hard ball. I was wandering how i could get rid of this, how to make my nipples smaller, and if this is a health issue i should be worried about?
