Why does my hair fall out when I drink milk?

• I'm an 18 year old male and I have a hair fall problem. I'm not bald, but my hair gets easily thin with minor things such as stress, lack of sleep, lack of good nutrition etc. I also use an anti-hairfall shampoo. My dad also has a hair fall problem, but his hair started falling out when he was in his 40s. I've checked out my hair with the doc and he said it was hereditary. Anyways, my hair gets really thin very easily with minor things such as stress, anxiety, lack of sleep, lack of water and good nutrition etc. However I have noticed a very strange thing - Whenever I have milk, my hair gets extra thin the next day. I know it sounds weird but thats what I've noticed. And if I continue having milk everyday, my hair remains that thin. And when I stop having milk, my hair goes back to its normal state. Why does this happen? I've been drinking milk my whole life and cereal has been my staple breakfast ever since I was a kid. Could I be lactose intolerant? My stomach does not hurt or give me any problems when I have milk though.
