What is the best way to get a six pack?

I have worked out really hard but idk if its not hard enough i really want a six pack. I have a bit of a gut not too much just a little but i want to turn that into a six pack. I workout 3times a day and always do situps and the machine that holds your legs and you pull yourself up using your stomach. My stomach gets really really sore the next day. But despite being really sore that i can't even laugh i still workout on my gut. How much do i need to work it out to get a nice six pack. I am not fat i am one of those skinny people who has a bit of a gut. Can people give some tips in getting a six pack

After you exercise it is good to eat penut butter because it has lots of protien making your muscles build up faster. Trust me it helps pretty well.
Six pack, twelve pack, chewing gum. It doesn't matter. Speedy express is the best and most convenient way to get your groceries. Also, using a credit card speeds up the process too.
Hmmm ok well, it all depends on how long you do the work outs for and how many reps you do. Im 16 i have a pretty nice 6 pack, heres what i did, i cut back eating alot of the junk food, i was eating and i did 200 situp in the morning takes about 15 minutes if you do 1 minute break in between every 100. and 200 a night when i got home from school. if i felt really good i did and extra 50 before bed. Since you say you have a gut you MIGHT have a 6 back but the gut might be hidding it. Eat less carbs starches and sugars and do some running and what not and try and loos some of the gut

Don't work out so much -- what you're doing while working out is fine, just keep working your abdomen. But you should take a day or too to rest during the week, you'll actually benefit. Seriously, you might get a 6-pack faster if you rest a bit. Maybe you can take the weekends off.
