How do I tighten my elbow?

Why isn't my left elbow allowing me to workout?

  • I work out 3 times a week and do a lot of weight training. I don't recall exactly what I did but I noticed the next day that my left elbow was hurting. It feels funny. It no longer feels like my right elbow. I can lock my injured elbow easily. There is no tension what so ever, it just locks like nothing. And since there is no tension in my elbow, I feel like there is no support internally to hold the weights. And I was thinking that I most likely injured it when I maxed out on the bench press and accidentally locked my elbow. Explaining probably why its so easy to lock now. Since I don't have that tension on my left elbow as my right one, I can't even do a bicep curl with a 10 pound dumbbell(use to lift 25's). Nonetheless, hold it for a long time. It feels very weak. And when I do try to do military press or bench press, I eventually feel a lot of pressure on my left elbow, disabling to finish my sets. Please help. Fitness really matters to me. The faster I get over this, the better.Thank you for your help.
