Do i have deviated septum?

Do i have a Deviated Septum? 17 year old?

• Hi, im a 17 year old male and i don't have a problem with my nose except for the fact that on the tip of it is a "indent" or "pinched" look, lately every person i come into contact with ive been looking at there nose, it's really affecting my confidence, im happy with my nose except for this, the bit between my nostrils is more to the left than in the middle but i went the doctors and he said my nose wasn't broke, i discussed it with him saying i think i might not be able to breath properly out of my nose (I don't anyway just my mouth) and he was basically reasurring me saying not to worry, but im really unhappy with the apperance and want the pinched look gone. I'm really uncomfortable with it, when i run my finger down my nose from the top on the right hand side there's a slight slight dent (you can feel it aint straight) but it looks ok, but when it gets to the bottom it doesn't look right, i know everyone's nose is different but mine is really getting me down and affecting my confidence, i need it changed, i keep trying to change it myself but pushing and pulling it about, im happy with it but i want the indent and pinched look in the middle of the end of my nose to be gone, il end up breaking it myself if i have to keep looking at it. I keep fiddling around with it. Everyday i look at it, it makes me sad. What i want advice on mainly is how would i go from here, it's not liek i can afford surgery of about £8,000 + at 17. I'm sure they would say it's fine as it's not stopping my breathing, but ive noticed my breathing getting heavier lately, what should i do as i am 18 in 8 weeks and can't afford surgery!!
