What is the best muscle magazine?

Muscle and fitness magazine workout?

  • There is this good mass building workout in this magazine. It consists of 3 days per week. One day is legs, one is back/bi, and the other is chest/tri/delts. However, the chest/tri/delts workout seems to be a little overwhelming. It is a total of 12 different exercises, 4 sets a piece, plus an ab workout. Do you guys think it's alright to split this up into 2 separate days, such as one day for the 7 chest/tri and another for the 5 delt exercises? or do they think they grouped it all together because it is more efficient that way?
