Why are my hip bones uneven?

Why are my hip bones massive for? Easy 10 points please help!?

  • Im 15 and i am tall and skinny, i have a good body except i have really wide hips for some reason and it is not fat! My hip bones fan out sideways so much and they are even bigger then my chest when i am not tensing. Some of my friends even tell me that i do. Why is this please help? and how can i fix this? and does anybody else have this problem?

    You could have hormone problems, you could be in the middle of a growth spurt (I reckon your hips the like would begin to grow first, so it could support your spine and shoulders as you grow taller)...or you could just be shaped that way. If you have concerns, see a doctor. :) Good luck!

From your description, it sounds like your hips are wide, and since they are bone, there's nothing you can do about the width. What you can do is take up bodybuilding, weight lifting, to build up your upper body, especially the laterals and this will help give you a more balanced look, offsetting the hip width. Also building up the arm muscles will add to the better proportions. Good luck to you.
