well it could be the multi.. but try laying off it and see.. cuz if it not the multi you should drink a lot of water.. as its not good for the kydneys

It can be yellow fromt he vitamin. THe best thing to do is to drink a lot of water.

The multi vitamin causes it, and it is not unhealthy. That is just the extra flushing out that your body doesn't need. No problem.

The reason it goes away when you drink alot of water, is simple - Hydration. Urine is darker the more dehydrated you are. Try to keep it within the clear/pale lemon yellow range to stay healthy long term, as hydration levels can have all sorts of long term effects on the body.
