How To Get Fat?

I'm 14 and am I overweight? How can I gain more muscles and get rid of my fat?

  • I'm 5'7 and am 125 lbs. I used to be really obese but I lost a lot of weight after a couple of summers. I still have some man boobs and thick thighs and a bit of fat on the sides of my belly and also have a fat (not muscular) butt. How can I lose all the fat without having to eat less (because whenever I eat less, I lose a lot of weight immediately but I wouldn't want to lose all my weight, I want to transform my fat into muscles so I can look more muscular)? What type of exercises can I do? So basically, how can I make myself look more muscular and especially get rid of my man boobs and thick thighs. Thanks so much! I'm male btw. I have an extremely healthy diet compared to a lot of people of my age but there's still some fat remaining in some areas :( I mean excess fat like I still have evident man boobs and fat thighs etc.

5'7 and 125 is hardly over weight. You need to lose about 10pounds if that, lol. just walk and drink water. dont drink anything other than that for about 2 weeks, and make sure u walk everyday for about an hour.

You can't transform fat into muscles. That's like saying 'I want to transform my hair into teeth'. They are different parts of the body. You need to do weight-bearing exercises to tone up the muscles (which are underneath the fat) and then you need to do cardio-vascular exercise to lose the fat so the muscles show through. Muscle weighs more than fat, so if you lost our fat and gained muscle, you're weight wouldn't change much.If you just developed the muscles but didnt lose the fat, then you wouldnt be able to tell because they'd be covered in a layer of fat.

To put this in a nutshell for you, what you need to do is start doing alot of cardio tasks example.. jogging. Also you cant turn fat in to muscle fat wont turn in to muscle to gain muscle is a mix of a good diet balanced between COMPLEX carbs and proteins also fruit+veg. So do cardio to burn the fat and then also do a weight lifting program to start seeing gains in muscle and a transformation. You can weight lift as much as you want but you WONT see MUSCLE untill you burn that FAT. So mix a routine which has a balance between cardio and weight lifting but make sure you follow a good diet!! Get plenty of sleep and drink loads of water to feed your muscle
