im exact situation.. im 16 and praticly 5'4 a milimeter shorter......... just forget about it dude your not gonna grow more just dont care it doesnt matter... i tryed ev thing like not working out and all its just our genes, my moms like 4'10 and dads 5'10 what are your parents....i shave already so im not gonna grow more.. doctor said expected height was 5'3 adult but im alredy past.. probly get to around 5'5.. just go see a doctor theyll do a bone age thingy with your blood and tell an estimate of final height... at our age already went through the little growth sspurt we had and just forget about it is best advice. go to gym and start working out get ripped, t wont matter anymore, all the hot girls are on the shorter side anyway plus when your short and just as strong as a 6 foot guy, you look like 10 times more bulky and strong...i used to wear nike shocks add like 1 cm to height.. but it doesnt matter short is short bro who cares

This will align your spine properly and prevent any back aches caused by sleeping in a bent position. no thats not a bad height for your age. only way to "increase" your height is to sit/stand up straighter and wear higher helled shoes. and no telling how much more you will grow. look at your mom and dad and siblings, it will give you an idea but still no telling really.
if ur a boy its a little on the short side and if ur a girl its fine. theres reallie no way to increase your real height. you can make yourself look taller though by the type of pants you wear.... dont wear skinny jeans they make you look short where long pants and you can where high heeled shoes that is if your a girl and if your a boy you can try spiking your hair it might make you look a little taller..............theres reallie no way to find out how much ur gona grow u can ask your doctor cause i did and they gave me an answer but theyre not god so you wont no for sure hope this helps

i wuz about 5'4 when i wuz 16. im now 19 and i am a lil over 5'7. so maybe u mite grow more??
