How can I get rid of lower belly fat and lower my body fat percentage?

I am 17 years old, 6ft tall and weigh 155 pounds. The only fat I have is some on my lower belly right underneath my belly button. How can I get rid of this fat? I was also wondering what to do to lower my body fat percentage more, it is currently at 14% but I would like to get it under 10% what can I do to further lower my body fat percentage and specifically get rid of this lower belly fat? As of right now I go for a jog everyday, do yoga, a little boxing workouts, weight lifting, and some other cardio. I also eat very well. What else is there?

Your BMI is 21 which is a normal weight, loosing weight would not be a good idea. To decrease the percentage of fat is to increase the percentage of muscle on your body. Try some resistance training. This will add muscle which will help you burn fat also.
