How To Lose Weight?

I need help! How do I lose weight? Please help me!?

  • When I say lose weight, I don't just mean lose weight. I want to lose weight and get ripped at the same time, cause i know its possible. Story of my life, I had extremely high metabolism until like age 8, cause I always ate a lot but never gained weight. Now, I have stopped eating so much but I am quite overweight. It all started when I was 8. Now, at 14, I am 6'1". That may seem like there is room for the extra weight, but get this! I went to 6 different ideal weight calculators, and all of them said the same: I am suppose to be like less than 195 pounds, and I weigh 225 pounds! You can tell I am overweight just by looking at me! Please, if you have any suggestions on hot to get ripped and lose weight at the same time, please tell me! And I know all the dieting stuff, I am talking about exercise...hard-core exercise. Oh yea, and I don't want any "suppliments" or anything like that either. Most of the weight I need to lose is around the waist and stomach. Any good ideas on how to lose that?

    No smoking - no beer/ale - no booze - no drugs of ANY kind - no junk food - no fast food garbage - no sugary sweet soda's. Get on a good, healthy, balanced diet including plenty of boiled or steamed vegetabes. Drink lots of water, fruit juices & fat free milk to help keep the traffic flowing. Snack on plenty of RAW fruit & veggies. Make sure you eat a good, balanced breakfast daily. You get your energy for the day from your breakfast meal. Get up one hour early every morning & take a BRISK 30 minute walk - then - do the same thing again in the evening after dinner. Start doing push ups - sit ups - pull ups & skipping rope. Within 90 days you will be amazed. NO CHEATING !!!!!!

lift weights, walk around and get some headphones to work out to............avoid fried foods, candy and other garbage in your diet i reccomend lean protein, salad with LIMITED dressing, baked items over fried ones, DIET SODA avoid sugary garbage, no fast food, avoid starchy pasta and bread
