Whats causing me not to lose anymore weight?

im 13 6"0 i weight 210 i used to weight 230 but i lost 20 pounds but now i cant lose anymore andi dont even gain any more i do lots of push ups and crunches and sit ups i do cardio like for 30-40 min i work out 4 times a week i eat healthy i eat fruits i dring lots of water but still cant lose anymore weight when i was 11 weight 180 but i looked fatter back then but now im 13 i look more skinnyer why cant i lose any more weight i have man boobs but i feel that they are starting to become more smaller and i am starting to get more comfortable with them but i still dont take my shirt off cause there not flat yet i can see my upper and middle abs but when u touch them u feel the fat mostly and my lower abs have the most fat there most fat on my body is on my chest and lower abs my arms ar skinny and stuff

Losing weight is all about burning off more calories in activity than you take in through food. There's no other way. I think it's possible to reach a plateau where you don't lose for a little while and then after a while the weight loss starts up again. A doctor or nutritionist could tell you how many calories and how much activity is best for your age and build.
