  Good thing is, that you're too young to be suffering from something called male-pattern baldness. Each hair as it lives it's "life" has got certain phases. One of them is death and then with time hair falls out. It's also sometimes caused by the time of year, apparently during autumn it's a bit more intense. So, what you're going through shouldn't be anything that's alarming. There are serums that will help you, those that contain aminexil or you can try using minoxidil solution. But those are really used for more serious conditions. Try not to wash your hair with shampoo every day, cause it's not meant to be washed like that. Use water and shampoo not more then 3 times a week. Next you should do is look at your dad and your mom. If they have weak hair or thin hair, or if your dad is bald, or even worse, your mom is showing signs of hair loss, then you're in for a rough ride. You'll most likely lose the hair.
