How to get your car in to a car magazine?

What is the best option in engineering that involve cars?

• There are many types of engineering - computer engineering - electrical engineering - mechanical engineering - and so on... The problem is which of the options in all types engineering involves cars? and in what what way? (Like, does it focus more on the engine, or the design of the car, or something else) Which ones would make the most salary if I get a masters in it?(NOT a doctorate) I also want to know how to fix a car myself so I won't get ripped off by a greedy mechanic but how does that work? (because isn't that for technical schools and NOT for university) (PS: I got motivated to cars ever since fifth grade after watching "The Fast and The Furious" from seeing how they made the orange Toyota Supra, performance as well as the visuals; I started to draw the cars also and got better and better at it every time that now I can just get an image in a car magazine and make an exact copy of drawing it in paper drawing in pencil by just looking at it, [no tracing]; Another motivation was playing "need for speed underground (2003) my first street racing game" ) {Thank you, I am on the time of choosing what to be in life.}

  There are lots of specialty companies to work for. You could look at any of the Nascar outfits that work on race designs and they not only have engineers but they have ace mechanics that work on getting the best engine with the design constraints. Some mechanics are engineers also.
