Anyways, If you are really interested in this and do you want a study then first decide weather you want to go software or hardware in computer.????? If you are interested in software then you have to clear about the programming . so you have the knowledge about programming languages.After that you can definitely do this study. If you interested in hardware then you can be master with experience also. So dear first decide the line in computer and you can definitely study. But mind well the knowledge of your electrical engineer is useless for computer line. So my advise is that if you are really interested and you want to make a career then and then start study.
