Need help to convert Nm3/hr to m3/hr?

When we have the flow values in Nm3/hr , I have following confusion to convert. -Normal conditions based on 0 deg C or 15 deg C. -What is the humidity considered in normal conditions. Do we need to account this while converting. -Please help to Convert the below in to m3/hr.. Flow – 325000Nm3/hr. Actual conditions are 45 deg C, 0.98 bar,100% RH. Pl suggest me some good resources.
