(starting) electric & electronic engineering. questions?

  • basically i start this course in september im doing it part time (3 days a week). well anyway after youve completed two years an got your nvq 2 could you go into employement? is it worth going further onto uni to earn more an get more experience? what companys could i apply for? could i work on oil rigs and what would be my chances of working abroad? im thinking companys like network rail but i am interested in working abroad an earning a good wage, im a 25 year old male (this is my friends account) an i work in a pub, i wanna sort my life out an i am really interested in engineering. any info would be a great help.
