How to connect a exhaust fan in two switch, wherein each switch control different lamp?

Use double pole switches in both boxes. On each switch one pole is used to send hot to a light and the other pole on each switch is used to send hot to the fan. The fan is thus turned on by either switch and BOTH switches must be turned off to stop the fan. At the same time either switch can turn its light on or off. And if only one light is on the light and fan will be turned on/off by that same switch.
