Masters in Petroleum Engineering?

I am graduating from Texas A&M University with a Bachelors degree in structural engineering. I am going to get a masters in petroleum engineering from Texas A&M university as well starting in 2011. Will getting a masters in petroleum engineering help me get a job as a petroleum engineer or should I get another bachelors in petroleum engineering. Texas A&M is 2nd in the nation for petroleum engineering. I am committed to get a job as a petroleum engineer, will a masters be to specialized to help get a job in the petroleum industry?
