How To Speak English?

How to speak English with clear and correct pronunciation ?

  • I'm pretty good at English, but not actually at speaking, i mean when im chatting with anyone face to face or on phone first, i speak slowly, and i can't pronounce a chain of words one after another, pretty well.. and sometimes they don't understand the sentence im saying.. so im obliged to make the sentence as simple as possible so it's easier for me to say.. and i don't have a specific accent, i mix everything i know, whether it was "English" or American i guess it's because i don't live in an English speaking country.. but i used to live in the USA (as i was born there) but not for too long though, probably 2 years after birth, and my parents used to speak with me in English.. but i've been living in another country for the rest of my life that's why i didn't get the American accent, i speak another language actually.. so what is the most effective way to speak better, that i can do for now.. i don't have any English speaking partners.. but i've heard that watching English movies can help

  • Answer:

I know it sounds silly but try to watch television shows and listen their pronounciation and try to imitate them, that is how babies learn: by listening to others

And there are a lot of different cultures so a lot more accents. Here are some tips for speaking in the main American accent :) - T sounds like D, example: water sounds like wah-dur - Don't roll your R's it helps a lot when understanding - Know how to combine words like "Can not" into "Can't" Check out my sources for more tips.
