What grammar is necessary for IELTS?

Grade my IELTS essay. is it worth 6 bands?

• hi, im an IELTS candidate with a certain level of english, but i didn't know that i'd would be struggling to prepare for the test until i started writing. i don't have solid basics for grammar thats why i'm always confused when i write. i hope you can help me out becuz unfortunately i decided to not take classes, my $ is tight. i wrote this(below) just now, help me check plz. i will be writing a lot these days and will post them on yahoo Q and A so if you are interested in helping me tell me or look for the title above when you are answering questions. thanks. the diagrams below give information about the manufactire of frozen fish pies. summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main feature, and make comparisons where relevant. the diagram shows the process if producing frozen fish pies. there are three main stages in this manufacturing involving the processing of potatoes, salmon and wrapping up. the first step of the fish pie production is to have the potatoes delivered to the factory. before slicing the potatoes, they are cleaned and peeled. the skins fo into the waste disposal. afterwards, the potatoes go into the boil but then chilled. next, the potatoes are stored and put aside. the factory immediately starts the second stage of salmon processing once it arrives, after being delivered within 12 hours for fresh keeping. firstly, the raw material is flavoured in preserved with lemon juice and salt. it will then be steamed in the oven and go through two steps of manual -processing, they are skin and bone removal(which also end up in disposal). the machine will add the prepared peas and sauce into the salmon followed by the precooked(or pre-cooked?) potatoes. lastly, the mixture and pastry actings as the bowl is wrapped and frozend for storage. i find that my writing lacks preciseness.
