I have a Spanish grocery store and when I shop there, I like to just listen to them talk there. However, you may have to wait and just study abroad in college to Spain, Costa Rica, etc.

Spanish Telenovelas could make your accent sound more Spanish. That's the only thing that could help you to improve your accent if you don't have friend that speak Spanish.

You can take extra classes in another institution and find a conversation club, that always works. Your teachers can tell you what you're doing wrong and what you need to improve. Watching movies in spanish could help you either. And if you can afford it, travel to Spain to be immersed and surrounded by spanish speakers.
