I want to learn german, i dont know anything about german language! in how much duration can i learn it..?

Start taking classes or find a teacher! It's a good idea to get a head start. Unless you're really young, learning German from books is exceedingly difficult. It'll take about a year to get a basic understanding of German, and even longer to get fluent. By the way, once you're in Germany and are "forced" to speak the language, it'll be a lot easier.
