Best dutch language textbook?

Ive been interested in learning both dutch and afrikaan and have been looking for a good language book to learn dutch. Most of the learning tools ive found online have been related to vocabulary and speech, not focusing on the important aspects of reading and writing and conjugating and so forth. I would really like a high school type textbook, one that explains everything. I dont want a cd program, just a really good textbook. Anyone recommend a good one?

Further i can advise you to take a look at a site of a dutch university. A lot have courses in learning dutch, maybe they give you a title of a book which are used in the study Universities like Leiden and Den Haag (The Hague).
