Some questions about signatures?
-
I have a few questions concerning signatures that have been bothering me lately. 1. Why is it that I cannot read certain signatures? I know that signatures are essentially a person's unique way of writing their name, usually in cursive, but alot of the time a person's signature just looks like scribbles to me, such as my parents' signatures. I can read somebody's like John Hancock or Ben Franklin's perfectly because they are in a readable cursive. Are my parents and many other people just scribbling in a unique way that slightly resembles their names? Or is it just a "faster" way or style of cursive? Does it look like scribbles to everyone else? 2. I have trouble signing my name the same way over and over, how can I fix this? I can write in cursive fine, it is just slower and takes more time for me because I normally just print or write in my own handwriting which is not cursive. But when i sign my name in cursive it looks flowy, but it doesn't have that "fast", fancy look like my parents'. Should I practice that "fast", scribble-like style of cursive, or focus on my regular cursive signature that looks weirder. By the way, when I do sign my name, I usually just write it as normally as I can to get it to look the same, but it's not really in cursive and it's not printing either, just my handwriting. Thank you.

Answer:
I think a signature shouldn't be LEGIBLE. It could be if the owner of the signature decides it to be so but if not, it must be something unique that represents the person who signs. Good luck!
